摘要
近年来,数字化、信息化技术在乡村文化治理建设上发挥的作用越来越大。继续深化乡村数字治理理念,积极运用数字技术推进乡村文化与科技的深度融合,驱动乡村文化事业与文化产业协同高质量发展。当前,乡村文化数字化发展的政策不断出台,实践卓有成效,但治理主体失衡、资源统筹不足、区域差异明显、技术培训欠缺等问题依旧突出。为消除困境,应加快完善多元主体参与数字文化治理保障,推动乡村数字文化设施建设,优化文化资源的创新供给与创造性转化利用,通过数字教育培训改善民生,以期构建乡村各利益相关者共建共治共享的数字文化治理体系,最终加快实现乡村文化振兴。
In recent years,digital and information technology has been playing a more and more important role in the construction of rural culture governance.We will continue to deepen the concept of rural digital governance,actively use digital technology to promote the deep integration of rural culture and technology,and drive the coordinated and high-quality development of rural cultural undertakings and cultural industries.At present,the policy of digital development of rural culture has been issued continuously,and the practice has been effective,but the problems such as the imbalance of governance subjects,the lack of overall planning of resources,the obvious regional differences,and the lack of technical training are still prominent.In order to eliminate the difficulties,it is imperative to speed up the improvement of multi-agent participation in digital culture governance guarantee,to promote the construction of rural digital culture facilities,to optimize the innovative supply and creative transformation and utilization of cultural resources,to improve people's livelihood through digital education and training,with a view to building a digital culture governance system of co-governance and sharing by all stakeholders in rural areas,and finally accelerate the revitalization of rural culture.
