摘要
为加强中药炮制品市场的管理,保证中药炮制品的质量,促进中药炮制品标准规范得以更新发展.使用显微鉴别技术和薄层色谱分析技术对不同产地、不同批次的麸炒泽泻炮制品定性鉴别,利用高效液相色谱测定了样品中有效成分23-乙酰泽泻醇B含量,同时依据中国药典的实验方法,对样品的水分、总灰分、浸出物进行分析测定,得到的实验结果为进一步制定麸炒泽泻中药饮片炮制标准提供参考.
To strengthen the management of Chinese traditional medicine processed products market and ensure the quality of the products as well as promote the development of processing standards,different batches of bran fried alisma samples collected from different places were verified by microscopic identification and thin-layer chromatography analysis technology.In order to detect the content of effective component in bran fried alisma,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was utilized to measure alisol B 23-acetate.Besides,according to the Chinese pharmacopoeia method,the moisture,total ash as well as the extract of the samples were determined so as to provide some reference data for further develop the processing standard of Chinese medicine on bran fried alisma.
