摘要
秸秆快速氨化技术是使用高压氨气快速处理秸秆的一种新型秸秆处理方式,试验采用快速氨化玉米秸秆(氨化时间为2 h,压强为0.3 MPa,粗蛋白质含量为13.37%)为材料,分别研究不同温度(24、28、32、36℃)、时间(24、48、72、96、120 h)、含水量(55%、60%、65%、70%、75%)、酵母菌接种量(1%、3%、5%、7%、9%)对氨化玉米秸秆粗蛋白质含量的影响。通过响应面优化发酵条件,结果表明,①发酵温度为32℃组CP含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);②发酵时间为48 h组CP含量显著高于24 h组、96 h组和120 h组(P<0.05),与72 h组差异不显著(P>0.05);③发酵含水量为65%组CP含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);④酵母菌接种量为7%组CP含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05)。⑤发酵温度32℃,发酵时间48 h,含水量65%,酵母菌接种量7%时,发酵氨化玉米秸秆粗蛋白质含量最高为17.01%,显著高于未发酵氨化玉米秸秆粗蛋白质含量(P<0.05)。综上,以最佳发酵条件处理氨化玉米秸秆,可显著提高发酵后氨化玉米秸秆粗蛋白质含量。试验利用氨化和发酵共处理玉米秸秆以提高其粗蛋白质含量,为提高玉米秸秆营养价值提供参考。
The rapid straw ammoniation technology is a new straw treatment method that uses high-pressure ammonia gas to rapidly treat straw.The experiment used rapid ammoniated corn stalks(amination time was 2 h,pressure was 0.3 MPa,and crude protein content was 13.37%)as materials.The effects of different temperatures(24,28,32,36℃),time(24,48,72,96,120 h),water contents(55%,60%,65%,70%,75%)and yeast ininoculation amount(1%,3%,5%,7%,9%)on the crude protein content of ammoniated corn stalks were studied by four single factor experiments.Based on the single-factor test,the fermentation conditions were optimized by response surface.The results showed that①The CP content of the 32℃fermentation temperature group was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05);②The CP content of the 48 h fermentation group was significantly higher than that of the 24 h,96 h and 120 h groups(P<0.05),the there was no significant difference from the 72 h group(P>0.05);③The CP content of the 65%fermentation water content group was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05);④The CP content of the 7%yeast inoculation group was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups(P<0.05);⑤At a fermentation temperature of 32℃,a fermentation time of 48 h,a water content of 65%,and a yeast inoculation amount of 7%,the crude protein content of the fermented ammoniated corn stalk reached a maximum of 17.01%,significantly higher than that of the unfermented ammoniated corn stalks(P<0.05).Therefore,treating the ammoniated corn stalks with optimal fermentation conditions could significantly increase the crude protein content of the ammoniated corn stalk after fermentation.The research used the method of co-processing corn straw with ammoniation and fermentation to increase its crude protein content,which provided a reference value for improving the nutritional value of corn straw.
