摘要
目的:为保障学生合理选择就餐,现对天津天狮学院校园外卖现状及其影响因素进行研究分析,指出存在的弊端并给出可行性的解决对策,从而保障学生的食品安全.方法:针对学校外卖和食堂进行实地走访和查阅文献资料的方式合理设计调查问卷,对400份有效问卷进行数据统计分析.结果:大学生食品安全意识薄弱,自我管控和管理能力较差,校园外卖混乱,监管力度不足,学生饮食安全隐患突出.结论:学生饮食安全意识薄弱,学校-政府有关部门对校园外卖监管力度有限,为确保学生饮食安全,应对出现的问题进行干预,主动将学校-政府有关部门-外卖商家-师生联合起来解决饮食安全隐患.
Objective:In order to ensure that the students choose to eat reasonably,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of takeout on the campus of Tianshi College,points out the existing disadvantages and puts forward feasible solutions,so as to ensure the students’food safety.Methods:The questionnaires were designed in a reasonable way by field visits and literature review in the takeaway and canteen of the school.The network questionnaires were pushed to 400 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed.Results:The food safety consciousness of college students was weak and their self-control and management ability was poor.Campus take-out food disorder,,inadequate supervision,students food safety hidden dangers prominent.Conclusion:Students’awareness of food safety is weak,and the supervision of school and government departments on campus food delivery is limited.In order to ensure students’food safety and intervene in the occurrence of problems,schools,government departments,take-out businesses,teachers and students are actively united to solve food safety problems.
