摘要
目的:基于《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》探讨中成药的合理使用与药学监护.方法:依据《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》指导意见,归纳中成药信息,参考文献资料,结合疾病临床实际情况,总结合理使用与药学监护重点.结果:截至方案第六版,共推荐中成药15种,口服中成药7种,中药注射剂8种,临床治疗效果明显.临床用药过程中,应精准施治;避免重复用药、药物相互作用等药物联用问题;在用法用量、不良反应、注射剂的溶媒滴速、口服剂的依从性等方面,需重点开展药物监护;关注中成药使用过程中潜在肝损伤及其他相关实验室指标.结论:合理使用与药学监护的建议,可为一线抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床医生与药师提供参考.
Objective:To discuss rational use and pharmaceutical care of Chinese patent medicines based on Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:Based on the guidance of Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of COVID-19,the key points of rational use and pharmaceutical care of Chinese patent medicines was suggested through summarizing the information of Chinese patent medicines,referencing to related literatures and combining with the actual clinical situation of the disease.Results:Up to the sixth edition of the Plan,15 kinds of Chinese patent medicines were recommended with obvious therapeutic effect in clinic,including 7 of oral preparations and 8 of injections.When using the medicines clinically,precise treatment should be required to avoid repeated medication and drug interaction.Pharmaceutical care should chiefly pay attention to some essential aspects such as usage,dosage,adverse reactions,infusion dropping speed of injections and compliance of oral preparations.Potential liver injury and related laboratory indexes should be also focused on during medication.Conclusion:The proposal of rational use and pharmaceutical care of Chinese patent medicines may provide advices for front-line clinicians and pharmacists to fight against COVID-19.
