摘要
目的探讨标准化沟通模式在阴道镜宫颈活检术病人中的应用效果。方法选取2016年11—12月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)门诊行电子阴道镜宫颈活检术病人336例,按就诊时间采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各168例,对照组采用常规沟通方式接诊病人,观察组依据标准化沟通模式对病人进行术前宣教、术中沟通及术后指导。比较两组病人检查时间及治疗满意度。结果观察组所用检查时间(6.32±0.66)min明显少于对照组(6.95±0.73)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组满意度的子项目沟通及时性[(3.86±0.65)比(3.45±0.61)分]、病人自身舒适度[(4.02±0.44)比(3.66±0.49)分]、健康宣教[(3.71±0.55)比(3.41±0.53)分]及就医感受[(4.11±0.54)比(3.67±0.49)分]四个方面的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论采用标准化沟通模式能显著提高阴道镜宫颈活检术病人的耐受性和治疗满意度,缩短检查时间,确保检查顺利完成,应该推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of application of standardized communication mode used in vaginal speculum cervical biopsy.Methods 336 outpatients of AnHui Provincial Hospital undergoing electronic colposcopic cervical biopsy were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 168 patients in each group.The control group received routine communication.The observation group received preoperative education,intraoperative communication and postoperative guidance according to standard ized communication mode.The examination time and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The examination time of the observation group[(6.32±0.66)min]was significantly shorter than that of the control group[(6.95±0.73)min],and the differ ence was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of communication timeliness[(3.86±0.65)vs.(3.45±0.61)],patients’comfort[(4.02±0.44)vs.(3.66±0.49)],health education[(3.71±0.55)vs.(3.41±0.53)]and medical treatment feeling[(4.11±0.54)vs.(3.67±0.49)]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Standardized communication mode can significantly improve the tolerance and satisfaction of patients un dergoing colposcopic cervical biopsy,shorten the examination time and ensure the successful completion of the examination,which should be popularized.
