经阴道四维超声造影评判不孕症输卵管的通畅性 被引量:6

Clinical application of transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound salpingography in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency in infertile women

摘要 目的探讨经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影在不孕症输卵管通畅性诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2018年11月至2019年11月间牡丹江妇幼保健院就诊的60例不孕症患者做为研究对象,所有患者均进行经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影(TVS-4D-HyCoSy)检查和X线子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)检查。比较两种检查方法的准确率和不良反应情况。结果以HSG为金标准,TVS-4D-HyCoSy与HSG检查方法的输卵管通畅情况的吻合率为91.7%,两种检查方法的检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TVS-4D-HyCoSy的2级不良反应发生率明显低于HSG的2级不良反应发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TVS-4D-HyCoSy可准确评价不孕症患者的输卵管通畅程度,且不良反应发生率低。 Objective To evaluate the role of transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound salpingography techniques in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency in infertile women.Methods 60 patients who admitted in our reproductive clinic from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients underwent transvaginal four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(TVS-4D-HyCoSy)examination and X-ray hysterosalpingography examination.In the meantime,we analyzed the coincidence rate and adverse reactions of the two methods.Results The coincidence rate of fallopian tube patency by four-dimensional transvaginal sonography and x-ray hysterosalpingography in 60 patients was 91.7%.Thers was no significantly different from that of the two mathods(P<0.05).The incidence of grade 2 adverse reaction(18.3%)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(40.0%),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sonovue transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound salpingography can accurately assess the degree of tubal patency.And this method is easy for patients to accept because of its minor related adverse reaction.
