摘要
本文通过对吉林省墙体材料生产企业目前主要面临问题的分析,提出墙体材料生产企业要把创新摆在自身发展全局的核心位置,让创新贯穿企业的一切工作,尽一切可能实施创新发展。笔者认为在新的形势下,对墙体材料生产企业来说,观念创新是先导、技术创新是基础、管理创新是手段。对墙体材料生产企业观念创新、技术创新和管理创新等创新路径进行了具体分析并结合吉林省实际情况提出了具体的建议,从而为吉林省墙体材料生产企业的健康发展提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the main problems faced by the wall material production enterprises in Jilin Province,this paper proposes that the wall material production enterprises should put innovation in the core position of their own development,let innovation run through all the work of the enterprises,and implement innovation development as much as possible.The author thinks that in the new situation,for the wall material production enterprise,the concept innovation is the forerunner,the technology innovation is the foundation,the management innovation means.In this paper,the innovation path of the wall material production enterprises,such as concept innovation,technology innovation and management innovation,is analyzed in detail,and the specific suggestions are put forward based on the actual situation of Jilin Province,so as to provide reference for the healthy development of the wall material production enterprises in Jilin Province.
