摘要 火灾是严重威胁人民生命财产的因素之一。如何快速准确地掌握和了解火灾现场的实时变化情况具有重要意义,一方面可以尽快救援受困人员,另一方面也可以减少救援人员受到的安全威胁。文中设计并实现了一类火灾现场勘探智能车,该智能车能够以温度传感器探测火场温度的变化,以红外传感器为主超声波传感器为辅完成自主躲避障碍物的功能,以远程控制的方式在火场各处完成勘探任务,并使用WIFI数传的形式实时传输火灾现场的具体影像。通过对设计思想的描述及器件选择、原理、组装与实现的讨论,体现实现不同功能对于多种器件的综合运用。文末讨论了在设计及组装实现过程中所遇到的问题并对于小车进行了不同环境下的实地测试,通过具体实验检验小车的性能。 Fire is a serious threat to people’s lives and property. How to quickly and accurately grasp and understand the real-time changes in the fire scene is of great significance. On the one hand,it can rescue trapped people as soon as possible,and on the other hand,it can also reduce the security threat to the rescue workers. In this paper,a kind of fire scene exploration intelligent vehicle is designed and implemented. It can detect the change of the fire field temperature with the temperature sensor,and avoid the obstacles autonomously through the infrared sensor as the main and the ultrasonic sensor as the auxiliary. The exploration mission is completed in various parts of the fire scene by remote control,and the specific images of the fire scene are transmitted in real time by WIFI data transmission. Through the description of design ideas and the discussion of device selection,principle,assembly and implementation,it realizes the comprehensive application of different functions for various devices. At the end,the problems encountered in the design and assembly implementation process are discussed and the field test of the car is carried out in different environments. The performance of the car is checked through specific experiments.
