摘要
地方师范院校是培养未来教师的重要机构,承担着地方教育事业发展的重要使命。为了进一步落实教育部关于卓越教师培养计划,针对地方师范院校卓越幼儿教师职前培养方案,明确提出卓越教师的培养目标,构建全方位的实践课程体系,创新“地方院校+优质幼儿园”协同培养实践教学平台,注重实践教学过程考核的多元化的相应对策,有利于更好地推动地方卓越幼儿园教师计划的实施。
Local normal universities bear the important mission of developing great preschool teachers,in order to implement the ministry of education of outstanding teacher training plan,we should put forward the training goal of clear outstanding teachers,build a comprehensive practice course system,innovate“local colleges and universities+high-quality kindergartens”collaborative training practice teaching platform,pay attention to the diversification of assessment of the practice teaching process of countermeasures,so as to better promote local kindergarten teachers plan the implementation of excellence.
