摘要
为了解决重型钢构件生产中的数据孤岛,实现生产数据共享、集中监控。通过对现场设备通讯方式的研究,融合了OPC Server、TCP/IP网络技术及Modbus协议。以PLC为核心的控制器来完成现场数据采集、设备控制、通信协议转换,采用SQL、ACCESS数据库和OPC Server技术完成数据存储及提供数据服务,LabVIEW开发的上位机监控软件组成的三层网络构架。设计、开发的重型钢构件制作监控系统,实现了不同通信标准、不同通信协议设备之间的数据共享。同时提高集成控制系统的开发效率,缩短开发周期,节约开发成本,对于控制系统集成和开发自动化生产车间监控系统具有积极的参考价值。
In order to solve the data isolation in the production of heavy steel structure,this paper proposes a research on control system to realize data sharing and centralized monitoring.The system is based on the communication modes of onsite equipment which include OPC Server,TCP/IP protocol and Modbus protocol.A three-layer network architecture is designed,which is using PLC as core processor to complete data collection,equipment control,and communication protocol conversion,using SQL,ACCESS database and OPC server for data storage and service,using LabVIEW to develop PC monitoring software respectively.It realizes data sharing between equipment with different communication standards and protocols.It also improves the development efficiency of the systems,shorten the development cycle and save costs,thus provides a valuable reference to the integration of control systems and monitoring systems of automated manufacturing shops.
