摘要
全面掌握我国松针利用的现状与发展趋势,为更好地研究利用可再生松针资源奠定基础。本文从文献计量学出发,对CNKI的基础科学等7个子库,采用主题“松针”或含“利用”的模糊方式,检索1979年1月1日至2019年6月30日的文献(含专利),用Excel和SATI对载文量、基金项目、作者、机构、关键词等进行统计与可视化图谱分析。检索得载文3477篇(中文2592篇,占比74.55%),专利文献3222件(发明专利3125件,占比96.99%,实用新型专利62件,占比1.92%)。我国松针利用研究目前处于快速发展阶段,已在抗氧化、生发等方面取得了突破,也创新性地为胃癌和乳腺癌这些世界性难题提供了全新的治疗思路与方案。但与美国等发达国家相比,在环境治理应用等方面有明显的差距。同时,近期关于松针褐斑病和黄酮成分研究的载文量较大,虽然我国松针的开发利用在提取物方面研究较为深入,但是存在研究方向缺少创新的局限。松针药物生产标准制定研究前景广阔,医疗、保健开发和环境优化方面的发展空间巨大。
It has fully grasped the current situation and development trend of pine needles utilization in China,and laid a foundation for better research and utilization of renewable pine needles resources.Based on bibliometrics,seven subdatabases of CNKI,such as basic science,were searched for documents(including patents)from 1979.1.1 to 2019.6.30 by using the subject"pine needle"or the fuzzy method containing“utilization”.Statistical analysis and visual Atlas of the amount of papers,fund items,authors,institutions and keywords were carried out by Excel and SATI.Analysis.3477 articles(2592 in Chinese)and 3222 patent documents(3125 invention patents and 62 utility model patents)were retrieved.At present,the research on the utilization of pine needles in China is in a rapid development stage,and has made breakthroughs in antioxidant,hair generation and other aspects.It also innovatively provides a new treatment idea and scheme for gastric cancer,a worldwide problem.However,compared with the United States and other developed countries,there is still a certain gap in the application of pine needles in environmental management.The development and utilization of pine needles in China has been studied deeply in the aspect of extract,but there are some limitations in the research direction.There is a broad prospect in the research of drug production standard formulation,and a huge development space in the fields of medical treatment,health care development and environmental optimization.
