结直肠癌相关miRNA及其信号通路调控网络综合分析 被引量:2

Integrated analysis of the miRNAs and pathway regulatory network in colorectal cancer

摘要 目的探索差异表达的微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)及其下游调控网络对于结直肠癌的诊断和治疗价值。方法本研究基于既往研究结果,总结了6种结直肠癌相关miRNA,分析并预测其潜在作用的靶基因,并汇集靶基因生物学功能和下游信号转导通路信息,阐述结直肠癌相关miRNA的调控网络。结果结直肠癌相关miRNA与代谢通路、肿瘤相关通路、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/AKT)信号通路、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitog en-acti vated protein kinase,MAPK)信号通路和Ras信号通路密切相关。结论结直肠癌相关miRNA及其调控网络有望为未来临床治疗提供更具价值的生物标志物和新的治疗靶点。 Objective To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic value of differentially expressed microRNAs(miRNA)and their downstream regulatory networks for colorectal cancer.Method Based on previous studies,we analyzed six colorectal cancer-related miRNAs.Potential target genes were predicted and functional analyzed,and their downstream signal transduction pathways were pooled to finally summarize the regulatory network of colorectal cancer-related miRNAs.Result Colorectal cancer-related miRNAs were closely associated to metabolic pathways,tumor-related pathways,phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT)sign aling pathways,mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathways,and Ras signaling pathways.Conclusion Colorectal cancer-related miRNAs and their regulatory network are expected to provide more valuable biomarkers and new therapeutic targets for future clinical treatment.
