摘要
基于党委领导下的公立医院文化建设背景,并引入企业文化建设常用的Denison组织文化模型,从参与性、一致性、适应性和使命四个维度分析党委领导下公立医院文化建设的特点,并据此提出相应的发展建议,以期为新时期公立医院文化建设发展提供新的思路。
Based on the background of public hospital culture under the leadership of the Party Committee,this paper introduces the Denison organizational culture model commonly used in corporate culture construction,and analyzes the characteristics of public hospital culture construction under the leadership of the Party Committee from the four dimensions of participation,consistency,adaptability and mission.This proposes corresponding development proposals,with a view to providing new ideas for the development of public hospital culture in the new era.
