摘要
目的比较威灵仙不同提取物的抗炎、镇痛、平痉作用。方法运用小鼠热板镇痛法及冰乙酸致扭体法,比较威灵仙不同提取物的镇痛作用;利用小鼠离体回肠法,比较其平痉作用;采用二甲苯溶液诱导小鼠耳肿胀和新鲜配制蛋清诱导大鼠足趾肿胀制造不同的抗炎样本,比较抗炎作用。结果威灵仙不同提取物溶液能在一定程度上减少冰乙酸所致小鼠扭体的扭体频率,60%乙醇提取物的抑制率最高,达到了88.72%,还明显延长了小鼠热板舔足时间,延长了13~35 s;能有效抑制组胺引起的回肠收缩现象,抑制率为32.42%~90.62%,对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠鸡蛋清诱导的足趾肿胀亦有明显的缓解作用,缓解程度为3.9~7.9 mg与0.3~1.2 mL;在抗炎、镇痛、平痉的实验中,60%乙醇提取威灵仙的效果均最佳,明显高于其他4组,40%醇提组次之,水提醇沉组效果最差。结论威灵仙不同提取物均具有显著抗炎、镇痛、平痉的作用,作用效果为水提醇沉<醇提后水提<水提<40%醇提<60%醇提。
OBJECTIVE To compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of different extracts of Clematis hexapetale.METHODS The analgesic effect of different extracts of Clematis was studied by using the mouse hot plate analgesia method and glacial acetic acid-induced writhing method.The mouse ileum method was used to study the effects of different extracts of Clematis.The xylene solution was used to induce ear swelling in mice and freshly prepared egg white was used to induce swelling of the toes in rats to produce different anti-inflammatory samples,and studying the anti-inflammatory effects of different extracts of Clematis.RESULTS A large number of experimental studies have shown that different extracts of Clematis can reduce the writhing frequency of writhing in mice induced by glacial acetic acid to some extent,and the inhibition rate of 60% ethanol extract is the highest,reaching 88.72%.The time of lameness in the hot plate of mice was also significantly prolonged,and the range was extended between 13-35 s.In addition,it also effectively inhibited ileal contraction caused by histamine,and the inhibition rate was between 32.42%-90.62%,and the xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and rat egg white-induced toe swelling were also obvious.The remission,the degree of remission was between 3.9-7.9 mg and 0.3-1.2 mL.In the anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and phlegm-receiving experiments,60% ethanol extraction of Clematis was the best,and significantly higher than the other four groups,40% alcohol extract group is second only,water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The group has the worst effect.CONCLUSION Different extracts of Clematis have significant anti-inflammatory,analgesic and flat-lying effects.The degree of action is water extraction and alcohol precipitation.After alcohol extraction,water extraction <40% alcohol extraction <60% alcohol extraction.
