摘要
质量检测数据是反映工程建设质量最直观的资料,信息化是高效管理质量检测数据的重要手段和技术基础。浙江省水利工程质量检测行业存在投入不足、信息化水平偏低等问题。从行业监管角度指出信息化手段对加强水利工程质量检测管理的重要性,从基础数据库、试验检测、数据应用等三个模块剖析了浙江省水利工程质量检测信息化平台建设内容和构架,详细阐述了该平台的关键技术和创新点,总结其实践效果和意义。
Quality inspection data is the most intuitive data reflecting the quality of engineering construction.Informatization is the important means and technical basis for efficient management of quality testing data.Zhejiang Water Conservancy Project Quality Testing Industry has many problems such as insufficient investment in informatization,the level of informatization is generally low etc.Hereto,the author pointed out the importance of information means to strengthen the management of water conservancy project quality inspection from the angle of industry supervision.Analysed the information platform construction content and framework of Zhejiang water conservancy project quality testing from the basic database,test detection,data application etc.Described the key technologies and innovations of the platform in detail.Further summarized the practical effect and significance of the platform.
