摘要
商用车燃油供给系统中的柴油滤清器作用是为发动机提供足够的、干净的柴油。在对某商用车的柴油滤清器进行台架试验时,发现其额定功率为360 W的环形加热器加热性能尚有可优化空间,因此在原有柴油滤清器的基础上针对加热器进行了优化,结果加热性能得到很大提高。对此种方案进行试验验证,说明此优化方案在提高柴油滤清器的加热性能上有很大效果。通过加装优化后的加热器,配合使用-35号柴油,优化的滤清器方案能够保证柴油滤清器在低温环境、内部0号柴油结蜡的异常情况下,使滤清器短时间内达到正常工作状态,然后切换0号柴油,滤清器内未再结蜡。
The role of the diesel filter in the commercial vehicle fuel supply system is to provide sufficient,clean diesel for the engine.During the bench test of a commercial vehicle’s diesel filter,it is found that there is still room for optimizing the heating performance of the 360 W rated ring heater.Therefore,the heater is optimized on the basis of the original diesel filter,as a result,the heating performance is greatly improved.The experimental results show that the optimization scheme is effective in improving the heating performance of the diesel filter.By adding the optimized heater and using No.-35 diesel fuel,the optimized filter scheme can ensure that the diesel filter can reach the normal working state in a short time under the condition of the low temperature environment,with No.0 diesel abnormal wax inside the filter,then switch to No.0 diesel,filter works normal without wax inside.
