摘要
针对丘陵地区的农田作业,设计一款由微电子电路与脉冲式电磁阀组成的滴灌控制器。本控制器由12 V碱性干电池供电,通过脉冲式电磁阀开关控制滴灌的启停,从而实现滴灌功能。滴灌的计时设定功能包含自动和手动两种不同模式,使用者可根据需求自行切换。滴灌功能的启停、间隔时间和持续时间可通过按键调整,操作直观简便。利用可调数字电表进行功耗测试,结果表明,控制器的最低启动电压为4.4 V,当电压大于5.0 V时,控制器可以稳定工作,静态电流约为50 mA,工作电流为870 mA。在实际应用中,电池可持续使用约30 d。
In view of the remote area of farmland or the rugged small farmland with uneven terrain,this paper will design a drip irrigation controller composed of microelectronic circuit and pulse electromagnetic valve.The controller is powered by 12 V alkaline dry cell.It can control the start and stop of drip irrigation by programming and timing the opening and closing of pulse solenoid valve,so as to realize the functions of drip irrigation.Among them,the timing setting function of drip irrigation includes two different modes:automatic mode and manual mode.The user can switch the mode at will according to the demand.When to turn on and when to turn off is set by the user through the key.It supports the key to adjust the interval time and duration of drip irrigation,which makes the operation intuitive,simple and easy to understand.The minimum starting voltage of the controller is 4.4 V by using adjustable digital ammeter for power consumption test.When the power supply is greater than 5 V,the controller can work stably with a static current of about 50 mA and a working current of 870 mA.In practical application,the battery can be used for nearly 30 days.
