摘要
伴随着时代的进步和经济的腾飞,人们的目光从食品的色香味移向了食品的营养、安全性,特别是对需求量持续上升的农产品。因此我国的食品检测技术在发展中不断革新,其中化学技术具有效率高、程序少、局限少等优点,有利于检测农产品中如农药残留等常见有害物质。本文从我国的食品安全现状开始,到食品安全检测中化学检测技术的概述和其对于农产品安全起到的作用,以及食品检测中操作人员的注意事项先后进行了论述。
With the progress of the times and the rapid development of the economy,people's attention has shifted from the color and flavor of food to the nutrition and safety of food,especially for agricultural products whose demand continues to rise.Therefore,the development of food detection technology in our country is constantly innovating.Among them,chemical technology has the advantages of high efficiency,few procedures and few limitations,which is conducive to the detection of common harmful substances such as pesticide residues in agricultural products.This paper starts from the current situation of food safety in China,to the overview of chemical detection technology in food safety detection,its role in agricultural product safety,and the precautions of operators in food detection are discussed successively.
