摘要
基于乡村产业振兴背景,采用CGSS(2015)的5360个样本数据,以人力资本、社会资本两大因素构建了影响农户创业选择的二元Logit实证模型,实证分析了人力资本、社会资本与农户创业选择之间的关系。研究表明:人力资本中的年龄对农户的创业选择产生显著的负向影响,受教育年限以及工作培训经历正向地影响农户的创业选择;社会资本中的有亲戚从政正向地影响农户的创业选择,与当地朋友联系频数以及家庭人口留村比例对农户创业选择的影响并不显著。因此,政府在引导、鼓励和支持农户创业时应该注重人力资本和社会资本的影响,以期通过激励农户创业的路径来更好地推进乡村产业振兴。
Based on background of the revitalization of rural industries,the bounded rationality-economic man model and the binary Logit model were establish according to the direct impact of human capital and social capital on the entrepreneurial choice of farmers.The relationship among human capital,social capital and farmers’entrepreneurial choice was empirically analyzed.The research results showed that age in human capital had a significant negative influence on the entrepreneurial choice of farmers.The years of education and work experience had a positive influence on the entrepreneurial choice of farmers.The frequency of contact with local friends and the proportion of the family staying in the village had no significant influence on the entrepreneurial choice of farmers.Therefore,the government should focus on the impact of human capital and social capital when guiding,encour?aging and supporting farmers to start their own businesses,so as to better promote the revitalization of rural industries by encouraging farmers to start their own businesses.
