摘要
手法治疗颈型颈椎病临床应用十分广泛,但其作用机理尚未完全明确.对手法治疗颈型颈椎病的作用机制进行研究,有助于更好地制定治疗方案,提高临床疗效.目前研究认为,中医手法可能主要通过恢复颈椎生物力学平衡、调节炎症反应、改善局部微循环等达到治疗颈型颈椎病的目的,本文根据现代医学理论对手法治疗颈型颈椎病的作用机制进行综述.
The clinical application of manual treatment of the neck type of cervical is very extensive,but its mechanism of manipulation has not been flilly defined.The research on the mechanism of manipul.ition of the opponent method in the treatment of the neck type of cervical can help to better fomiulate treatment plans and improve clinical efficacy.The current research suggests that the technique may mainly achieve the goal of treating the neck type of cervical by restoring cervical biomechanical balance,regulating inflammatory response,and improving local microcirculation.Based on the modem medical theory,this paper reviews the mechanism of manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
