摘要
目的测定金钗石斛居群内不同丛和不同年生枝条中石斛碱的含量,并对其进行比较与分析。方法采用气相色谱法,DB-1毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),火焰离子化检测仪(FID)为检测器测定不同丛和不同年生枝条石斛碱的含量。结果金钗石斛居群内不同丛和不同年生枝条中石斛碱含量均有差异,最高含量为0.94%,最低含量为0.13%。生长年限是影响同一丛中不同枝条石斛碱含量的主要因素,1年生>2年生>3年生。在生长年限相同的条件下,地势是石斛碱含量差异的主要因素,高地势金钗石斛中石斛碱含量显著高于低地势。结论金钗石斛居群内样本中的石斛碱含量差异显著,可以为金钗石斛的种植、采收提供参考。
Objective To analyze the contents of dendrobine in different clumps and branches of Dendrobium nobile within the population.Methods The contents of dendrobine in different clumps and branches of Dendrobium nobile were determined using Gas chromatography with DB-1 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)and flame ionization detector(FID).Results The dendrobine contents in different clumps and branches of the population were various,with the highest content reaching 0.94%and the lowest content being 0.13%.The growth year was negatively correlated with the dendrobine contents of different stems in the same clump.The order was annual,two years and three years.Conclusion The dendrobium contents in the samples of the population were significantly different,which can provide a reference for the cultivation and harvest of Dendrobium nobile.
