摘要 为实现能源高效清洁利用,利用热重分析法分别研究不同煤(兰炭、大同无烟煤)和生物质(稻壳、烟梗和玉米芯)以及二者混燃性能,分析生物质掺混种类、水洗预处理、掺混比例和升温速率对煤与生物质掺烧的着火温度、燃尽温度和综合燃烧特性以及动力学特性的影响。结果表明:相比于煤单独燃烧,生物质与煤掺烧的着火温度和燃尽温度降低,煤的燃烧性能有所改善;预处理使燃烧曲线向高温区偏移,碱金属元素对燃料热解燃烧存在催化作用;随着稻壳掺混比例的提高,煤与生物质掺烧特性得到进一步提升,混合燃料反应活化能降低;提高升温速率,兰炭与稻壳燃烧曲线向高温区移动,综合燃烧特性指数增大,混合燃料反应活化能进一步减小;30%稻壳和70%兰炭混合燃料在升温速率20℃/min下燃烧产生协同效应。实验结果为煤和生物质在火力发电行业的应用提供参考和理论依据。 In order to achieve efficient and clean utilization of energy,co-firing characteristics of different types of coal(blue-coal,datong anthracite)biomass(rice husks,tobacco stem and corn cob),and their mixtures were studied using thermogravimetric analysis.The influence of the pretreatment,biomass types,bio-blending ratio and heating rate on ignition temperature,burnout temperature,comprehensive combustion characteristics and kinetic property of the blends were investigated.Results show that the ignition and burnout temperature of the coal-biomass blends decrease compared with burning coal only,indicating the combustion characteristics of the coal are enhanced.The combustion curves of pretreatment blue-coal move towards higher temperature zone,The presence of alkali metal exerts catalytic effect on fuel pyrolysis and combustion behaviors.With the increasing rice husks blending ratio,the co-combustion performance is improved further,and the activation energy of the blended fuel reduces.As the heating rate increases,the blending of coal and biomass moves towards the high temperature zone.The comprehensive combustion characteristic index increase,and the activation energy of the blended fuel reduces.The 30%rice husk and the 70%blue-coal blended fuel produces a synergistic effect at a heating rate of 20℃/min.The experimental results provide reference and theoretical basis for the application of coal and biomass co-firing in the thermal power generation industry.
