摘要
马破伤风是由破伤风杆菌感染并在深部创伤组织内部产生大量外毒素而引发的一种人畜共患的中毒性传染性疾病。在马养殖中,如果体表存在很深伤口,破伤风杆菌会寄生在伤口深处,在无氧条件下大量繁殖,并产生大量外毒素。马体表皮肤存在外伤、阉割不当、分娩或者各种外科手术消毒不严格,很容易引发感染。该文主要分析马破伤风杆菌流行诊断及治疗措施。
Equine tetanus is a zoonotic toxic infectious disease caused by tetanus bacteria,which infects deep wound tissue and produces a large amount of external toxins.In horse breeding,if there is a deep wound on the body surface,tetanus bacilli will parasitize in the deep wound,multiply in the condition of no oxygen,and produce a lot of exotoxin.The horse body surface skin exists the wound,the castration is improper,the childbirth or each kind of surgical operation disinfection is not strict,very easy to cause the infection.This article mainly analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of tetanus equine.
