摘要
该文结合有机电致发光器件(OLED)领域的研究成果,设计了器件制备和光电性能测试的综合实验。该综合实验从OLED的结构设计出发,采用先进的制备工艺,考察了不同结构对器件光电性能的影响。综合实验设计涵盖了材料选择、基片清洗、真空蒸镀、掩膜技术、光电性能测试等实验内容。实验教学内容是物理、材料和化学等学科的相互渗透与交叉,涉及有机电子学、材料物理、半导体器件和光电子技术等领域的知识。通过本实验可提高学生的实验动手能力、培养科学思维、创新能力和解决实际问题的能力,从而更好地发挥实验教学的作用——培养创新型人才和产业技术型人才。
Combined with research achievements of organic light-emitting device(OLED),this paper explored a research-based comprehensive chemistry experiment which included the preparation and characterization of OLED with different structures.The comprehensive experiment is based on the structures,preparations and characterization of OLED to cover the materials selection,substrates cleaning,vacuum evaporation,masking skill,photoelectric characterizations and so on.The content of experimental teaching is the interpenetration and intersection of physics,materials and chemistry,and it involves knowledge in the fields of organic electronics,materials physics,semiconductor devices and optoelectronic technology.Through this experiment,students can improve their experimental ability,cultivate scientific thinking,creative ability,and solve practical problems,so as to better play the role of experimental teaching and cultivate innovative talents and industrial technical talents.
