摘要
目的探讨四联疗法联合胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染患者的临床效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2018年7月60例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染门诊患者,按治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予四联疗法进行治疗,研究组给予四联疗法联合胃复春进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法联合胃复春治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴Hp感染患者的效果确切,可降低血清炎性因子水平,安全可靠,值得在临床上广泛推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of quadruple therapy combined with Weifuchun in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and its influences on serum inflammatory factors.Methods From August 2017 to July 2018,60 outpatients with chronic atrophic gastritis and Hp infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with quadruple therapy combined with Weifuchun.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quadruple therapy combined with Weifuchun in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and Hp infection has definite effect,it can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,with safety and reliability,which is worth popularizing and applying widely in clinic.
