摘要
目的探讨功能性消化不良患儿采用健脾消滞饮治疗效果及对胃排空时间、胃蛋白酶原的影响。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月我院收治的功能性消化不良患儿89例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组44例和观察组45例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组给予健脾消滞饮联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效、胃排空时间及胃蛋白酶原水平。结果观察组临床总有效率为91.1%(41/45),高于对照组70.5%(31/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿中医证候积分均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿胃排空时间均显著缩短,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胃蛋白酶原水平显著提高,且观察组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾消滞饮治疗小儿功能性消化不良效果显著,能通过健脾行气、消食导滞等功效,促进胃排空,增强胃蛋白酶分泌及活性,治疗效果显著,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Xiaozhi decoction on children with functional dyspepsia and its effects on gastric emptying time and pepsinogen.Methods Totally 89 children with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups:44 in control group and 45 in observation group.Mosapride citrate was given to the control group,and the observation group received Jianpi Xiaozhi decoction combined with mosapride citrate.The effects,gastric emptying time and pepsinogen levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.1%(41/45),higher than that of the control group(70.5%,31/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the observation group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time was significantly shortened in both groups,and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the pepsinogen level in both groups were significantly increased,and the level of pepsinogenⅠand pepsinogenⅡwas higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaozhi decoction has significant effects on children with functional dyspepsia.It can promote gastric emptying and enhance pepsin secretion and activity through promoting spleen activity and digestion.The therapeutic effect is remarkable and it is worthy of clinical recommendation.
