摘要
藿朴夏苓汤源自清代石寿棠编著的《医源·湿气论》,主要用来治疗湿温初起挟表证。随着现代医学的发展,此方剂被赋予了很多新的适应病证。笔者临床实践发现,藿朴夏苓汤加减调理脾胃治疗糖尿病脾失健运、湿热内蕴证,具有较好疗效。文章从中医基础理论、现代研究及中药药理学研究角度对藿朴夏苓汤在糖尿病中的应用进行论述,以期为临床应用提供借鉴。
Huopo Xialing Decoction from Yiyuan·Shiqi Lun written by SHI Shou-tang in the Qing dynasty,is usually used for patients with Shiwen and exterior pattern.With the development of modern medicine,Huopo Xialing Decoction is widely used for many diseases with the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation.It is found that modified Huopo Xialing Decoction shows great improvement in diabetes mellitus(DM)with the pattern of the spleen failing to transport nutrients and dampness-heat accumulation by regulating spleen and stomach.Therefore,this article is aimed at discussing and researching how Huopo Xialing Decoction can be effective for DM from different aspects involving basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,modern research and pharmacology of Huopo Xialing Decoction,in order to provide reference for the treatment of DM.
