摘要
疫情期间,康复医疗过程与病患直接近距离接触,直接暴露在隐性或显性的感染者面前,容易被感染,甚至变成交叉感染的传播者。对非感染科的康复医疗过程,加强感染防护标准化制度建设尤为重要。本文阐述了在新冠感染期对康复医疗技术人员、患者及家属等人员的防控管理;康复接诊治疗过程中的防控措施;康复医疗场所废弃物品的管理以及康复防控的科普知识宣教方式等,涉及感染防控的几个重要方面开展康复防控标准化建设。
In the process of rehabilitation medical treatment during the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, patients are directly in close contact with each other, directly exposed to the recessive or dominant infected persons, easily infected, and even become the spreader of cross infection. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the standardized system of infection prevention in the rehabilitation process of noninfectious department. This paper describes the prevention management of rehabilitation medical technicians, patients and their families in the 2019-nCoV infection period. It also introduces the prevention measures in the process of rehabilitation treatment, the management of abandoned items in rehabilitation medical places and the way of science and education in rehabilitation prevention, involving several important aspects of infection prevention, and helps carry out standardized rehabilitation prevention.
