摘要
基于钢轨打磨车动力转向架构架的结构特点和基本参数,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立构架的有限元分析模型。根据EN13749:2011标准,对构架进行了静强度、疲劳强度和模态分析。分析结果表明:构架的静强度和疲劳强度满足标准要求;构架最低阶模态的振动频率远离车辆系统振动频率,能够确保车辆正常运行。
Based on the structural characteristics and basic parameters of the power steering frame of the rail grinding train,the finite element analysis model of the frame was established using ANSYS finite element analysis software.According to EN13749:2011 standard,the static strength,fatigue strength and modal analysis of the framework were carried out.The analysis results show that the structural static strength and fatigue strength meet the standard requirements.The vibration frequency of the lowest order mode of the structure is far from the vibration frequency of the vehicle system,which can ensure the normal operation of the vehicle.
