摘要
针对目前粪污过盛及垫料成本上涨等一系列问题,提出了固液分离后的牛粪可变为干燥、卫生的垫料材料。阐述了牛床垫料再生系统装置的结构及工作原理,对牛床垫料再生系统装置的搅拌系统进行了设计,运用SolidWorks建立搅拌系统的虚拟样机模型并进行静力学分析,分析其应力分布及变形情况,以验证设计的合理性。
Aiming at a series of problems such as excessive fecal contamination and rising bedding material cost,it is proposed that the cow manure after solid-liquid separation can be changed into a dry and sanitary bedding material.The structure and working principle of the regeneration system device of cow bed bedding material were described,and the agitating system for regeneration system device of cow bed bedding material was designed.A virtual prototype model of the stirring system was built using SolidWorks and a static analysis was performed to analyze its stress distribution and deformation to verify the rationality of the design.
