摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBL的教学方法在我院神经外科住院医师规范化培训基地中的临床应用效果。方法选取2017-2018年我院神经外科规培基地学员29名,随机分为试验组(15名)及对照组(14名)。试验组学员带教采用PBL联合CBL教学方法;对照组学员则采用传统LBL带教方式,比较两组学员的教学效果。结果两组学员基础知识部分成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在实践技能以及总成绩两项,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、临床思维能力和临床操作能力方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中,应用PBL联合CBL教学方法提高了学员的学习兴趣和主动性,有助于学员临床思维和实践能力的培养。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of PBL+CBL teaching method in the standardized training base for neurosurgery residents in our hospital. Methods 29 students from the neurosurgery training base of our hospital during 2017-2018 were randomly divided into experimental group(15) and control group(14). PBL+CBL teaching method was adopted for students in the experimental group. The students in the control group adopted the traditional LBL teaching method. Compare the teaching effect of two groups of students. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in basic knowledge(P>0.05). In terms of practical skills and overall scores, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The experimental group was superior to the control group in stimulating learning interest, improving self-learning ability, clinical thinking ability and clinical operation ability(P<0.05). Conclusion In the standardized training of neurosurgery residents, the combined application of PBL+CBL teaching method can improve the students’ learning interest and initiative, and contribute to the training of students’ clinical thinking and practical ability.
