摘要
2019年12月,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)在湖北省蔓延,按照中央“一省帮一市”的对口支援部署,贵州省对口支援湖北省鄂州市。贵州省援鄂新冠肺炎防治工作总指挥部成立后,迅速组建贵州省援鄂医疗队支援鄂州,通过有效、科学的制定和实施重症患者救治方案,对鄂州市中心医院的重症患者救治取得了一定的成效,降低了重症率,提高了治愈率。2月12日,鄂州市重症率为35. 62%,治愈率为8. 92%。3月13日,鄂州市重症率降为15. 75%,治愈率上升为86. 94%。现将医疗队的一些救治经验进行总结,为同行提供相应参考。
Objective:Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Hubei province in December 2019,the medical team from Guizhou Province have been assisting the counterpart in Ezhou,Hubei Province,according to the deploy‘One Province,One City’promulgated by Chinese Central Government.After General Commanding Center of Prevention and Treatment for COVID-19 being established,Guizhou Medical Team for Assisting Ezhou was set up by Guizhou Provincial People's Government in a very short time.By using effective,reasonable protocols,Guizhou medical team achieved inspiring results in severe COVID-19 treatment in Ezhou Central Hospital,of which the percentage of severe patient was decreased while the cure rate of patient was improved.On February 12,the critical rate was 35.62%and the cure rate was 8.92%.On March 13,the critical rate of Ezhou City decreased to 15.75%,and the cure rate increased to 86.94%.We analyzed and dicussed our medical experience,so as to provide corresponding reference for our peers.
