摘要
针对现有采煤机的调速牵引机构在工作时需频繁进行牵引速度调整、调速滞后时间长、可靠性差的问题。以MG80/200型采煤机为分析对象,提出了一种新的调速牵引系统,利用simulink仿真分析软件建立其牵引调速系统的仿真分析模型,对其调速牵引过程进行研究。结果表明,该调速牵引系统能够实现对最优牵引调速曲线的精确、快速跟踪,调速精确性高,可靠性好,可极大地提升采煤机调速牵引机构工作时的稳定性和可靠性。
In view of the problem that the speed-regulating traction mechanism of the existing shearer needs to adjust the traction speed frequently, the speed-regulating lag time is long and the reliability is poor. Taking MG80/200 shearer as the analysis object, a new speed regulating traction system is proposed, and the simulation analysis model of its traction speed regulation system is established by using simulink simulation analysis software to study its speed regulating traction process. The results show that the traction system can achieve accurate and fast tracking of the optimal traction curve, high accuracy and good reliability, and can greatly improve the stability and stability of the traction mechanism of the shearer.
