摘要
为了保证煤矿带式输送机安全稳定运行,降低输送机事故率,提高输送机自动化水平,山西煤炭运销集团阳城四侯煤业有限公司机电科通过技术研究,分析了传统带式输送机主要主要存在的问题,并对矿用带式输送机采用变频技术,合理阐述了变频技术在带式输送机中的优点,以及变频控制方式,通过实际应用,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to improve the safe and stable operation of belt conveyor in coal mine, reduce the accident rate of conveyer and improve the automation level of conveyer, the mechanical and electrical department of Yangcheng Sihou Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group, has analyzed the main problems of traditional belt conveyor through technical research, and adopted frequency conversion technology to reasonably expound the advantages of frequency conversion technology in belt conveyor, as well as the frequency conversion control mode.
