基于可视化看板的车间物流管理系统设计与实现 被引量:8

摘要 以提升船体车间物流数字化、智能化为目标,研究视图和存储、缓存处理、智能调度和数据联通等关键技术,为系统性能提升、数据展示、车间场地布局规划、分段调度及资源合理分配等提供技术支撑。对车间场地、运输设备进行仿真,实现车间场地物流的可视化展示;建立中间数据库,实现与制造过程数据文档管理系统(manufacturing Process Data document Management system,PDM)工作数据的联通;根据用户需求,制定车间建造物量工时统计分析看板,开发车间物流看板管理软件系统,完成车间内托盘、产品、场地资源的配送流程管理及状态可视化展示。对物流看板的发展前景进行展望,对船厂物流智能化提出建议。 With the goal of improving the digitization and intelligence of workshop logistics,the key technologies such as view and storage,cache processing,intelligent scheduling,and data connectivity are researched,which provides technical support for system performance improvement,data display,workshop layout,segment scheduling,and reasonable allocation of resources.Through the simulation of the workshop site and transportation equipment,the visual display of the workshop site logistics is realized;the intermediate database is established to achieve the communication with the PDM work data;according to the users’ needs,the Kanban for statistical analysis on the material quantity and man hours in the construction of the workshop is made,a software management system for the logistic management of the workshop is developed,and the distribution process management and visual display of the pallets,products,and site resources are completed in the workshop.It prospects for the development of logistics Kanban,and puts forward suggestions for intelligent logistics of shipyards.
