摘要
腰椎斜外侧椎间融合术(oblique lateral interbody fusion,OLIF)是国际热门的腰椎微创新技术,自2014年引进中国大陆,目前已在全国范围内广泛开展。然而,OLIF技术临床应用仍有诸多争议和有待规范的问题存在,包括手术适应证、术前评估、手术入路、融合器放置位置、不加内固定的单纯OLIF技术应用(Stand?Alone OLIF)和术中神经电生理监测等。腰椎斜外侧椎间融合术的临床应用指南旨在通过循证医学的方法,统一及规范上述问题,为OLIF技术的临床应用提供可靠的临床依据,减少或避免不恰当、不规范的诊疗行为,从而提高OLIF手术在临床应用的价值。
Oblique lateral interbody fusion(OLIF)is an innovative minimally invasive technology of lumbar spine widely used in the world.Since it was introduced into the mainland of China in 2014,it has been widely carried out in our country.However,there are still many disputes and problems needed to be standardized in the clinical application of OLIF,including surgical indications,preoperative evaluations,surgical approaches,placement of fusion cage,Stand-Alone OLIF without additional internal fixation and intraoperative neuro-electrophysiological monitoring,et al.Under the direction of evidence-based medicine process,this guideline helps to unify and standardize the above problems,so as to provide reliable clinical basis for the clinical application of OLIF technique,and reduce or avoid inappropriate and irregular diagnosis and treatment behavior,and thus improve the clinical application value of OLIF technique in lumbar spine diseases.
