摘要
人工智能时代,基于数据分析和算法技术的社交媒体逐渐演化为一种更加精准化、定向化的数字社交媒体。数字媒体作为意识形态的“传输带”和用户信息的“数据库”,成为社会多元利益主体博弈的平台。数字社交媒体背后权力空间的“重叠性”使其扮演的角色并非固定单一,当不合理的权势力量侵蚀公共空间的运作,主流意识形态就会陷入一定的“传播困境”。数字媒体应发挥作为中介的“连接”作用,使各方的合法化诉求得到平衡,促进多元主体之间的共识整合,防止主流意识形态边缘化,增益数字媒体在政治传播过程中的正向作用。完善媒体把关、政府导向管理、个体隐私保护等是解决“传播困境”的基本途径。
In the era of artificial intelligence,social media based on data analysis and algorithm technology has gradually evolved into a more precise and targeted digital social media.As the“transmission belt”of ideology and the“database”of user information,digital media has become a platform for the game of multi-interest subjects in the society.The“overlap”of the power space behind digital social media makes it play a non-fixed and unitary role.When unreasonable power forces erode the operation of public space,mainstream ideology will fall into a certain“communication dilemma”.Digital media should play the role of“connection”as an intermediary to balance the legitimate demands of all parties,promote the consensus integration among diverse subjects,prevent the marginalization of mainstream ideology,and enhance the positive role of digital media in the process of political communication.The basic way to solve the“communication dilemma”is to improve media control,government-oriented management and individual privacy protection.
