摘要
在充分论述了大型石油化工建设项目出具工程质量评估报告的目的后,结合报告审核的实际经验,提出了做好该项工作的措施和建议。
The purpose of issuing engineering quality evaluation report about large petrochemical construction projects was fully discussed.Based on the practical experience of report audit,the measures and suggestions for doing this work well were put forward.
