摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取重庆市江北区中医院2016-2018年收治的腹泻患儿112例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各56例。对照组给予常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组大便次数、体温恢复、大便性质恢复正常时间,临床疗效,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组大便次数、体温恢复、大便性质恢复正常时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患儿临床症状和体征,提高患儿生活质量,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with montmorillonite powder for diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 112 cases of children with diarrhea were selected from 2016 to 2018 in Jiangbei District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases each of group.The control group was given conventional therapy,the observation group was given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with montmorillonite powder based on the control group.The recovery time of defecation frequency,body temperature and nature of defecation,the clinical effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of defecation frequency,body temperature and nature of defecation in the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with montmorillonite powder for diarrhea in children is definite,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,improve the quality of life of children,and with high safety.
