肿瘤微环境与上皮-间质转化在肿瘤转移中的研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 肿瘤微环境是肿瘤生长的"土壤"。上皮-间质转化(EMT)是肿瘤转移的一个重要机制。肿瘤转移是肿瘤细胞与肿瘤微环境相互作用、协同发展的多因素、多阶段、多环节的过程。肿瘤微环境与EMT之间关系密切,本文主要是总结分析两者之间的具体关系和在肿瘤转移中发挥作用的具体机制。
