摘要
目的研究全程优质护理在慢性子宫内膜炎患者中的临床应用效果和价值。方法择沈阳市妇婴医院2018年5月至2019年的2月的88例患者,将所选患者随机分为两组,观察组(n=44)、对照组(n=44),对比两组患者的症状消失时间、疾病认知变化等指标。结果对患者症状消失时间进行分析,观察组白带异常消失时间(9.82±0.25)h明显低于对照组(13.98±0.12)h,数据统计存在差异(P<0.05)。结论构建全程优质护理方法有助于提高慢性子宫内膜炎患者临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect and value of quality nursing in the whole process in patients with chronic endometritis.Methods 88 patients from May 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=44).The time of symptom disappearance and the change of disease cognition were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of leucorrhea in the observation group(9.82±0.25)h was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(13.98±0.12)h.Conclusion It is helpful to improve the clinical effect of chronic endometritis patients by constructing the whole course high quality nursing method.
