摘要
目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗运用于结直肠癌中的临床效果,并分析其安全性。方法收集在我院进行诊治并经医师确诊为结直肠癌的患者进行病例资料回收,治疗时间选取在2014年3月20日至2019年8月20日,共计60例结直肠癌患者,然后按照本院结直肠癌患者入院进行医治的先后时间大体划分为两组(对照组和试验组)进行研究观察。给予对照组结直肠癌患者实施我院基本的开腹手术进行治疗,对于试验组予以结直肠癌患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗进行观察分析,且治疗期间对两组结直肠癌患者进行研究和记录相关数据,每组结直肠癌患者记为30例。最后对比和分析两组结直肠癌患者的手术切除情况、术后预后情况以及术后进行随访2年统计复发率和远处转移率。结果经由两组结直肠癌患者实施不同手术治疗方式后其临床症状均有所得到相应改善,但试验组结直肠癌患者在手术切除情况(手术时间、术中出血量和淋巴结清扫个数)、术后预后情况(排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率)以及术后2年复发率和远处转移率情况均要比对照组结直肠癌患者治疗后更有疗效,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者通过采取腹腔镜手术治疗对改善患者术后并发症及创伤具有显著效果且安全性好,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer and analyze its safety.Methods Collect to make a diagnosis and give treatment in our hospital and the doctor diagnosed cases of data recovery for patients with colorectal cancer,treatment time is roughly selection on March 20,2014 to August 20,2019,a total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer,and then according to our hospital patients with colorectal cancer hospital has time to heal roughly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)to study the observation.Patients with colorectal cancer in the control group were treated with the basic open surgery in our hospital.Patients with colorectal cancer in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic surgery for observation and analysis.Relevant data were observed and recorded for patients with colorectal cancer in the two groups during the treatment.Finally,the surgical resection,postoperative prognosis and Recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate for 2 years were compared and analyzed.Results Different operations performed by two groups of patients with colorectal cancer treatment after the symptoms have been improved accordingly,but the experimental group in patients with colorectal cancer surgical removal of the situation,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and the number of lymph node cleaning,postoperative prognosis(exhaust time,length of hospital stay and complication rate)and postoperative 2 year Recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate than the control group have more curative effect,compare differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with colorectal cancer is effective and safe in improving postoperative complications and trauma,and has clinical application value.
