摘要
目的明确高等中医药院校护理专业学生具有中医护理核心能力的范畴,建立相关培养体系。方法对三个年级学生及用人单位进行调研后,确定中医护理核心能力的范畴,项目组根据"Miller金字塔"原理将中医护理相关理论和技术进行分级与分层,修订相关培养方案,进行培养实践。结果经过四年的调研实践,我院完成了在"Miller金字塔"原理下的培养体系。通过一系列的教学实践改革,改善了学生对中医护理的认知和情感,保证了培养质量。结论经过研究与实践,形成了在"Miller金字塔"原理下的培养体系,保证了学生对中医护理技术的传承与发扬,为推进中医护理教育的标准化建设提供理论与实践参考。
Objective To clarify the scope of the core competence of TCM nursing students in TCM colleges and universities,establish a relevant training system. Methods By surveying employers and the students of three grades,the scope of the core competence of TCM nursing was clarified. Based on the Miller Pyramid principle,the project group classified and stratified the theories and technologies related to TCM nursing,revised relevant training program,and put the training into practice. Results After four years of research and practice,we have completed the culture system based on the Miller Pyramid principle,improved the cognition and emotion of students in TCM nursing and guaranteed the quality of cultivation through a series of teaching practice reform. Conclusion Through research and practice,we have formed the training system based on the Miller Pyramid principle and guaranteed the inheritance and development of the students in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,which provides theoretical and practical reference for standardizing the construction of the TCM nursing education.
