Practice and Thinking of Booking Registration Service Based on Information Platform

摘要 2009年,卫生部发布《关于公立医院合同治疗协议实施的意见》,提出要加强医院合同治疗管理,加快合同治疗服务进程,提高服务水平。此外,医院还成立了合同咨询领导小组,开展合同登记服务,并开通114、12320、118114等号码提供多渠道预约挂号服务,通过各种预约挂号服务模式来完善预约挂号服务平台,能够为患者提供更好的就医体验。笔者主要介绍了利用信息化平台预约挂号服务的实践应用,采取多途径的方式对门诊流程进行合理的优化与改变,有效提高了工作效率,为医院开展管理工作提供了更多的便利。 In 2009,the Ministry of Health issued the opinions on the implementation of contract treatment agreement in public hospitals,proposing to strengthen the management of contract treatment in hospitals,speed up the process of contract treatment service,and improve the service level.In addition,the hospital has also set up a contract consulting leading group to carry out contract registration services,and opened 114,12320,118114 and other numbers to provide multi-channel booking and registration services,and improved the booking and registration service platform through various booking and registration service modes,which can provide better medical experience for patients.The author mainly introduces the practical application of the information platform appointment registration service,and takes a multi-channel way to optimize and change the outpatient process reasonably,which effectively improves the work efficiency and provides more convenience for the hospital to carry out the management work.
