摘要
为了进一步改善出口箱装船效率和经济性,在船舶配载计划和码头初始堆存状态已知的条件下,综合考虑出口箱装船防悬空、堆场最大堆存高度等约束条件,建立了以堆场翻箱量和场桥行驶距离最小化为目标的整数规划模型,对出口箱装船顺序进行优化。并基于遗传算法设计了模型的求解方法。实验结果表明,与已有文献对比,文中提出的方法可以进一步减少翻箱量11.1%,缩短场桥行驶距离11.8%。
To further improve the efficiency and economy of export container loading considering,the known ship stowage plan and the yard stacking areas,prevent container from hanging and maximum storage height of yard are taken into consideration of the restraint condition,optimize for export containers loading sequence.The integer programming model is established to minimize the number of rehandles and driving distance of the yard crane,and based on the genetic algorithm is designed to solve this model.The results show that:compared with the existing literature,the method of this paper studies can further reduce the number of rehandles by 11.1% and driving distance of the yard crane by 11.8%.
