摘要
钢结构桥梁的传统预拼接工作存在数据获取效率低、实地操作困难和成本高等问题,针对上述问题,以长益高速公路扩容工程为例,结合地面固定式三维激光扫描技术,详细阐述了基于三维激光点云数据的多跨π型钢混组合结构桥梁的虚拟预拼和检测方法。主要步骤为扫描设计、点云获取、数据处理及建模、虚拟预拼及误差检测。
The traditional pre-spinning work of steel structure beam has problems such as low data acquisition efficiency,difficulty operating on site and high cost.In view of the above problems,in this paper,taking the Changyi Expressway expansion project as an example,combined with the fixed 3D laser scanning technology on the ground,the method of virtual pre-spinning and detection of a multi-spanπ-type steel-concrete composite structure beam based on 3D laser point cloud data is described in detail.The main steps are scanning design,point cloud acquisition,data processing and modeling,virtual pre-spinning and error detection.
