摘要
干旱是制约烟草正常生长发育的主要因素之一,也是非生物胁迫中的重点研究领域。为揭示烟草抗旱的分子改良效果及作用机制,介绍了烟草抗干旱胁迫的相关基因,从转录因子、信号传递、抗旱功能基因等3个方面综述了烟草抗旱相关基因的研究进展,发现目前的烟草抗旱相关基因研究中存在技术方法单一、烟草自身基因研究较少、缺乏纵向深入试验等问题,并对未来的研究前景如多种分子生物学技术的集成利用、烟草抗干旱胁迫的响应机制、构建烟草抗旱基因资源库的构建等进行了展望。
Drought is one of the main factors that restrict the normal growth and development of plant,it is also a key research field in abiotic stress.In order to reveal the molecular improvement effect and mechanism of tobacco drought resistance,genes related to tobacco drought resistance were introduced.The research progress on drought resistance related genes in tobacco was reviewed from three aspects:transcription factor,signal transmission,drought resistance functional genes.It was found that there were many problems in current research on drought resistance related genes in tobacco,such as single technological method,less research on tobacco genes,lack of in-depth longitudinal experiments and so on.The future research prospects,including various molecular biological techniques,the response mechanism of tobacco against drought stress,and the construction of tobacco drought resistance gene resource library,were proposed.
