摘要
针对我国现存的生态问题,习近平在反思人与自然关系、传统生产力的基础上,创造性地提出“以人为本”的生态观、生态生产力的观点,实现了理论上的反思与超越;在反思工业文明的基础上,创造性地提出和明确了生态文明作为一种全新的人类生存方式,是现代社会持续发展的必然选择。此外,还在反思超越的基础上,创新性地提出了“生态红线”、生态法治和全民生态自觉等新思想,从他律和自律两个层面上提出了生态文明建设的具体要求。习近平生态文明思想既有理论上的构建,又有实践上的指导,为此,我国的生态文明建设工作要全面贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,正确处理人与自然的关系,扎实发展生态生产力,严格遵守“生态红线”,全面施行生态法治,并逐步实现全民生态自觉。唯有如此,才能确保我国生态文明建设的最终成功。
In view of the existing ecological problems in China,Xi Jinping,based on the reflection of the relationship between man and nature and traditional productive forces,creatively put forward the viewpoint of“people-oriented”ecology and ecological productivity,realized theoretical reflection and transcendence,and creatively proposed and defined ecological civilization as a brand-new way of human existence on the basis of reconsidering industrial civilization,which is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of modern society.In addition,on the basis of reflection and transcendence,new ideas such as“ecological red line”,ecological rule of law and ecological consciousness of the whole people are creatively put forward,and specific requirements for the construction of ecological civilization are put forward from the perspectives of heteronomy and self-discipline.Both theoretical construction and practical guidance feature Xi Jinping’s theory of ecological civilization.For this reason,China’s ecological civilization construction should fully implement Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,correctly handle the relationship between man and nature,develop the ecological productive forces,strictly abide by the“ecological red line”,implement the ecological rule of law in an allround way,and gradually realize the ecological consciousness of the whole people.Only by doing so,the ultimate success of ecological civilization construction in China can be ensured.
