摘要
目的探讨蜥蜴散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠胃黏膜及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将18只SD雄性大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组及蜥蜴散治疗组,除空白对照组外,均采用水杨酸钠和铜绿假单胞菌交替灌胃的方法制备CAG模型,治疗组用蜥蜴散治疗。通过对大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学、免疫组化法观察以及血清IL-6的检测,探究蜥蜴散对大鼠胃黏膜及血清IL-6的分子生物学水平影响。结果空白对照组胃黏膜结构正常,慢性萎缩性胃炎模型组胃黏膜可见不同程度萎缩,经蜥蜴散治疗组病理结果均有改善;免疫组化法对照组可见IL-6大量表达,CAG模型组IL-6表达明显下降,蜥蜴散治疗组IL-6表达回升;血清IL-6定量分析显示,对照组与治疗组血清IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组与对照组、模型组与治疗组血清IL-6水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Western blot结果表明,血清IL-6水平在模型组中减少而在治疗组中恢复。结论蜥蜴散治疗CAG与IL-6相关。
Objective To explore the effects of lizard powder on the gastric mucosa and serum IL-6 in rats model of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods Eighteen SD male rats were randomLy divided into three groups,the normal control group,the CAG model group,and the treatment group. Except for the normal control group,the other groups were prepared by alternately administering sodium salicylate and Pseudomonas aeruginosa to made CAG models. The treatment group was treated with lizard powder. The effects of lizard powder on the molecular biology of model rats were observed by gastric mucosa histopathological and immunohistochemical observation and IL-6 was detected by Western blot.Results The structure of gastric mucosa in the control group was normal,the CAG model group showed different degrees of atrophy,the lizard powder treatment group pathological results improved. Western blot showed that the amount of serum IL-6 decreased in the CAG model group and recovered in the treatment group. There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05). There was a statistical difference between the CAG model group and the control group,CAG model group and the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lizard powder is associated with IL-6 in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
